30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at piratesofthequarter@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized products, sale/clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, contact us. In most cases, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.

European Union

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer cancellation and return rights will apply, including the statutory 14-day cooling-off period where required.

If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, or an error on our part, Pirates of the Quarter will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
